From one instrument to a lab that performs

The instrument is only the start. What really decides testing capability is whether the selection fits, the installation is standardized, the values are traceable and the people know how to use it.

Service System

Five services that make the equipment truly work

01 · Selection Plan Design

Engineers survey on-site and deliver a configuration list, fixturing plan and trial report based on part size, tolerance grade, takt time and budget — avoiding wrong model choices.

02 · Installation & Site Prep

One-stop floor-load, air-cleanliness, constant-temperature-and-humidity, vibration and lighting assessments — reaching nominal accuracy on the day of delivery.

03 · Calibration & Certification

Assist third-party calibration and periodic verification; partner metrology institutes issue traceability certificates and we build an instrument ledger and verification plan.

04 · Operation & Method Training

Equipment operation, method development, standards application, data processing and report generation (incl. SPC statistics) — basic and advanced tracks.

05 · Full-lifecycle Maintenance

Annual upkeep, accuracy verification, spare parts and software upgrades keep the equipment in like-new condition over the long term.

FAQ

Most asked before purchase

What are the installation-environment requirements for mechanical and dimensional equipment?
High-precision dimensional / mechanical equipment is ideally installed in an isolated room at 18–22°C with a temperature gradient ≤1°C/h, away from presses, air compressors and other vibration sources; large equipment also needs foundation load and leveling assessed, with a clean, low-dust environment. For coarse inspection where precision is less critical, environmental compensation and frequent zeroing help, but long-term stability is compromised.
What standards are used for acceptance? What if acceptance fails?
Mechanical equipment is accepted per JJG / ISO 376 etc., dimensional equipment (e.g. CMM) per ISO 10360 series (or GB/T 16857), using standards to verify indication error and repeatability. We state acceptance metrics and re-inspection flow in the contract; if not met, the OEM and we jointly rectify until qualified, or handle per agreed terms.
Will the calibration certificate pass customer and system audits?
We assist third-party submission; partner metrology institutes issue traceable calibration certificates, with values traceable to national metrology standards — meeting audit requirements for monitoring/measuring resources, and supporting an annual calibration plan by instrument ledger.
How long is the typical delivery lead time?
Standard configurations 45–60 days; large or custom configurations 90–120 days; if site preparation (e.g. a constant-temperature room) is needed, add 20–30 days. After contract signing we provide a project schedule with all milestones.
